We understand that unexpected issues may arise, necessitating a cancellation. If this occurs, please notify us as soon as possible, enabling us to offer the time slot to another patient.
In order to prevent incurring a $100 cancellation fee, we kindly request that you cancel any scheduled appointments with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
Failure to attend an appointment after confirming your booking will result in a $100 cancellation fee being applied.
